Aku perasan banyak pulak coaches dan ada doctors bikin program/ebook guna term CORTISOL. Cumanya those program tak begitu mendidik audience untuk memahami hormon bernama kortisol ni, sampaikan ramai manusia seantaero alam melayu ni fikir kortisol ni jahat. Macam lah kena lawan 24/7.

Actually much of the key to physical & mental health is to get your CORTISOL rhythm set correctly.
Tahu tak, sebenarnya kortisol pagi-pagi tu lah yang bikin good kickstart of the day :

– Tenaga nak start hari
– Focus & alertness
– Mood lebih stabil

Pattern dia simple. Keep this is your mind :
1. Pagi cortisol kena tinggi → bagi boost energy
2. Petang cortisol kena slow down → badan relax
3. Malam cortisol perlu low → senang tidur

Kalau pattern ni “flat” je seharian, tu baru masalah. Senang penat, susah tidur, mood swing, sampai hormon lain pun kacau.

So macam mana nak boost cortisol cara sihat tiap pagi?
– berjemur matahari pagi (10,000 lux light)
– minum ayor
– caffeine
– mandi sejuk
– bersenam

Makanya, cortisol bukan musuh, cuma kena set ikut rhythm badan.
